Funded by Project Giving Back, the RHS Chelsea National Garden Scheme garden, designed by Tom Stuart-Smith is destined for the Maggie’s Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge to provide much-needed sanctuary for people living with cancer.
As the (re) build of the garden at Maggie’s doesn’t start on site until 2025, the plants from Stuart-Smith’s stunning show garden will be sold at a special plant sale, in aid of the National Garden Scheme and its beneficiaries.
The plant sale will be held at Chilworth Manor in Surrey, on Saturday 1st June, 10am – 5pm. Attendance is pre-booked only, and tickets are by designated time-slots.
Not surprisingly, tickets are selling fast and we’d hazard a guess that the beautiful saruma henryi, which was so admired on the garden at RHS Chelsea will be the first to go…
