Marian Boswall is an experienced landscape architect, known for her sustainable approach which combines the practical and the aesthetics in landscape design. Established in 2004 and based in the UK, the Marian Boswall Landscape Architects design studio specialises in historic estates and their land, working with a selection of public and family trusts, private landowners and garden owners.
The studio’s projects range from residential, farmstead and therapeutic landscape designs with an emphasis on regeneration, skilled local crafts and planting with nature, to larger scale nature recovery work, including river and floodplain restoration across the UK, and occasionally abroad.
Based in Kent, the design studio is currently recruiting for a new landscape architect who is interested in making a difference, likes the countryside, likes to collaborate in a team, can hand draw and is fluent in Adobe, Vectorworks and preferably Q GIS – although training can be provided. Discretion and an ability to work well with clients is a must. The candidate will work alongside the team two or three days a week, plus site meetings across the country, though support for remote working on other days is available.
