From welcoming children to Santa’s Little Seedlings train-themed Grotto, to hosting Santa’s Breakfast in the restaurant, the festive recruits will be at the heart of spreading Christmas cheer and assisting families across Dobbies garden centres.
Dobbies’ seasonal staff will begin preparations in mid-November for the opening of Santa’s Grotto across 50 stores and the new ‘Meet Santa’ experiences. Successful applicants are to undergo comprehensive training through the Dobbies’ Santa School – an online learning platform.
