Our Yard at Clitterhouse Farm is another recipient group where the volunteers grow fruit, vegetable and flowers in the community garden. Anika, of Our Yard at Clitterhouse Farm said: “Thank you so much to all the lovely people at Stiga! Having a lawnmower and especially a battery powered one make our life much easier. The council used to cut the grass, however since we have created additional wild flower beds, it’s been up to volunteers to keep the grounds tidy. We are all so excited about the new tools and cannot wait to use the grass strimmer and electric pruner.”
