Charlotte and her husband John grow the most incredible produce, hydroponically in their greenhouse. Hydroponics is the science of growing plants without using soil, by feeding them on mineral nutrient salts dissolved in water.
Hydroponic growing requires approximately 20 times less water than conventional growing, as the water is recirculated and reused. The plants are evidently bigger, susceptibility to pests and diseases is negligible and the yield is higher with the most perfect, prime vegetables. Seeing is believing…
