Seminars announced for HTA National Plant Show 2025

The Horticultural Trades Association has announced the seminar line-up for the HTA National Plant Show 2025.

Taking place at the NAEX in Stoneleigh, on the 18th – 19th of June, the 2025 HTA National Plant Show celebrates the best of British horticulture.

The annual trade event brings together the horticultural supply chain to showcase new plants, products, sustainability and innovation across the sector.

This year’s seminar programme, sponsored by Sinclair, features two days of sessions delivered by industry experts, covering the latest trends and challenges in horticulture.

Programme highlights include:

  • EU Reset: What to Expect: Jennifer Pheasey, HTA Director of Public Affairs and Sally Cullimore, HTA Technical Policy Manager will guide attendees through key developments, trade opportunities, and policy implications critical to the future of the industry.
  • New Plant Awards Highlights: Join Pippa Greenwood, HTA Horticulture Manager and the judging panel to discover the winning plant varieties and their potential impact on garden centre sales.
  • Plant Protection in the Balance: Simon Conway, CEO of Horticulture Crop Protection (HCP), will explore the importance of voluntary contributions and how current initiatives will shape the future of crop protection across ornamentals.

At the 2024 HTA Plant Show, over 245 stands presented more than 155 companies products, providing companies the opportunity to showcase everything from seeds, bulbs, house plants and a wide range of garden plants to labelling and product information, growing media, display benching and machinery.
