According to the organisers, ‘Food at Glee’ brings together a carefully curated selection of producers, suppliers and innovators from the world of speciality food and drink, catering solutions, and destination retail experiences.

As garden centres continue to position themselves as lifestyle destinations, food is playing an increasingly important role in the customer journey. Recognising this shift, Glee’s organisers include the new platform for buyers looking to capitalise on the connection between food and leisure.

Confirmed exhibitors to date includes wholesale food supplier Brakes (a Sysco Company), Coffee King and Appetite Me/First Franchise offering bespoke food development solutions for food halls and farm shops. Also exhibiting are KFF (Sysco company), the Full Range, a culinary, food procurement and purchasing business and Arrange Spaces – specialists in restaurant design and build. Magrini, the commercial catering equipment company, will be exhibiting their range of professional coffee machines and cooking appliances.

Alongside the exhibitors, the new food sector at Glee promises a mix discovery and inspiration, where attendees can sample creations from the Amazing Chocolate Workshop, explore the approach of iSqueeze, savour the heritage and flavour of Long Clawson Dairy, and uncover the character of Smoked Bishop. Retailers will have the opportunity to connect with Nisa Retail, offering independent and convenience food solutions, and gain insight from the placemaking and foodservice expertise of Pleydell Smithyman.

A programme of practical workshops will be organised providing hands-on guidance on essential topics including menu development, supplier selection, sustainability and cost management. Live demonstrations of pop-up cafés and mobile food units will highlight the versatility and commercial potential of modern food-led retail concepts, offering ideas to shape future business strategy.

Glee 2025 takes place from the 16th – 18th September 2025.
