Agroforestry is the deliberate integration of trees and shrubs into farming systems. It has the power to improve biodiversity and soil health, cut carbon emissions whilst producing sustainable food and timber.
Organised by the Soil Association and the Woodland Trust, the Agroforestry show is a two day event that will bring the farming and forestry sectors together to provide knowledge, inspiration and connections to support the widespread adoption of Agroforestry in the UK.
Now in its second year, the show promises inspiring sessions, demos, farm walks and one-to-one advice sessions. New for 2025, is the Training Hub which offers in-depth sessions, the latest on agroforestry research and an opportunity to try out online agroforestry planning tools. Familiar faces such as Nicholsons and Frank P Matthews will be amongst the exhibitors.
The Agroforestry show takes place at the 300 acre, organic Woodoaks Farm on the edge of the Chilterns. The farm was gifted by its former owner, Sally Findlay, to the Soil Association Land Trust to ensure the long-term future of the land for sustainable farming, wildlife restoration, and public benefit. The farm is evolving into a hub for practical action and community connection, featuring young agroforestry plots, naturally regenerating scrub and woodlands, wildlife corridors, and new spaces designed to host learning, growing, and collaboration – working to a a regenerative future.
The show will take place on the 10th and 11th September 2025.
