The candidate must be able to lead the team and will be responsible for the effective leadership and day to day horticultural operation of the garden and beyond.
The job includes work planning, ensuring work is adhered to health and safety legislation, managing a team of garden staff and volunteers, conducting tours and talks to visitors and producing seasonal horticultural content for social media.
RHS level 3 or equivalent is required, supported by significant practical experience in Horticulture within a supervisory or leadership role.
