Facilities Manager for the HTA

The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) is seeking a Facilities Manager for the office in Chilton, Oxfordshire.


As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance and smooth running of our venue, Horticulture House, which combines internal office space for our employees and our external venue for meetings, conferences, and office space for hire.

You will have overall responsibility for the building and all associated facilities including proactively maintaining and managing the building and its facilities to ensure that it’s functioning optimally, safely and to high standards for all employees, tenants, visitors and customers. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety and other relevant regulations and pursuing opportunities to continuously improve the building and facilities within budget scope to meet current and future requirements.

The role will also be accountable for managing tenant relationships and contracts and the smooth day to day running of the venue, ensuring successful delivery of events and a positive customer experience.

This role is a permanent/Full time (though part time applications will also be considered) @ salary circa £40k (DOE).
