Self taught, Kerry Roberts set up Kerry’s Bouqcakes in 2017, turning her hobby into a successful business. Roberts teaches keen punters how to create her buttercream flowers which have cultivated a following of over 800,000 on Instagram, and even featured in Vogue.
Inspired by nature and the Norfolk countryside, Roberts’ striking floral cake decorations are renowned as they closely resemble genuine flowers. Too delicate to ship, her creations are only available in Norfolk but she does offer courses for those keen to learn her floral decorating techniques.
“I love to bake fresh, preservative free cupcakes that I would be happy to give to my own children and then transform them into floral masterpieces. You could say I am a cupcake artist”, explains Roberts.
