Greenfingers is a national charity dedicated to creating magical and inspiring gardens for life-limited children and their families who spend time in hospices across the UK. Their vision is to provide all life-limited children, their families, and carers, within their hospice, emotional support through the power and pleasure of nature. Since the charity was established in 1999, they have built almost 70 magical gardens in children’s hospices across the UK, with several in the pipeline for completion.

Jenny Douthwaite, GIMA President, who selected Greenfingers as the 2023 GIMA charity beneficiary said: “The work that the Greenfingers Charity undertake every day is incredible, with gardening at the heart of the magic it creates. Being able to shine a light on their work, bring together our members to raise essential funds and to show our ongoing support for the charity always makes for an action packed and thought-provoking calendar of events. Our thanks to all those that have helped us to reach such a superb fundraising total.”
