Taking place from the 7-15th of June, the Grow Urban Festival connects individual growers, community projects and the public through workshops, presentations, site visits and collaborative events. For 2025, the festival promises an expanded network of partners and programme of events.

This year, Grow Urban will be collaborating with partners such as Charles Dowding, the National Trust, Natural History Museum, National Park City, The Conduit Club, Imperial College, Nowadays on Earth, The Climate Coalition, Re:Wild, Farmacy, Civa, Capital Growth, Elysian World and the Great Big Green Week

Since the initial launch in 2021, the festival has built a platform showcasing the diverse urban growing initiatives flourishing across London’s boroughs. For all ages, the festival will include a series of hands-on workshops, talks and activities showcasing urban food cultivation, environmental resilience and sustainable living. A citywide celebration, the festival is rooted in love for land, people, and possibility.

Whilst the organisers, Elysian World, have managed to successfully deliver previous festivals with minimal outside funding, they are also crowdfunding for additional contributions to support an expanded program of events, enhanced marketing efforts, directly support participating projects and ensuring the festival’s continued growth and sustainability.
