A quick google search revealed that they are available in the UK, by a company called Saboten. According to Saboten, this ingenious design enables the user to keep the scissors on your finger, like a ring, and hence allowing you to use your whole hand whilst pruning and trellising but have the scissors immediately available when you need them. Spring loaded, razor sharp, 2.5 cm, stainless steel blades.
