Landform designs and constructs external residential spaces in West/North London, Surrey and the M4 corridor. They also undertake bespoke, design-led civil contracts for the RHS, Historic Royal Palaces, the Royal Parks and local councils. With an annual company turnover of over £8m and varying contract values of between £20k to £4m, the Commercial department is pivotal to their success.
The role is based at our office in Chobham, Surrey with some flexibility for remote working on one day a week. Some travelling may be required, with the opportunity to represent the company at key meetings and events.
The successful candidate will need to be highly numerate, IT savvy, organised and motivated, with a proven ability to drive out accurate costings and timely responses on tenders. It is a fast-paced role which needs both focus and board thinking. The open plan office needs a collaborative team player, who is a confident communicator with stakeholders such as clients, landscape architects, garden designers, main contractor representatives and public realm officials.
