The company is preparing for the next stage in their expansion are seeking a professional who will be able to guide and nurture the existing team to even greater things. The right person will be able to implement effective market and category expansion strategies and develop and execute best-in-class campaigns to drive brand awareness and support sales growth.

As Head of Marketing, the new candidate will setting Niwaki’s global marketing & PR strategy. You will be setting the marketing strategy to transition from a small to large company. The candidate will ensure all plans are on budget and drives efficiency to ensure effective use of resources. You will be responsible for the Marketing and PR P&L. As Head of Marketing, you will be managing global media relations to enhance brand presence globally. You will be monitoring competition and sharing updates to drive competitive differentiation. You will ensure consistent Niwaki brand and comms strategy across all regions, globally. The candidate will manage, motivate and nurture the marketing team, spanning partnerships, social media, content, press and events.

Niwaki are looking for an experienced track record of success in growing a dynamic lifestyle FMCG and/or durable goods omni-channel brand. The candidate will have extensive marketing and comms experience and
expertise across core marketing functions. You will have the ability to build bottom-up ROI plans and have experience leveraging consumer insights to address barriers to purchase. The candidate will be able to set business objectives and priorities and measure successes based on KPIs. You have experience in implementing marketing plans and initiatives on an international level. You have strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

  • Salary: £60,000 – negotiable for the right candidate
  • Niwaki HQ office based (Chaldicott Barns, Semley, Shaftesbury SP7 9AW) – with some days in London
