An open competition, the Savills x House & Garden Project of the Year 2026 is looking to find a property that showcases design excellence, ambition, imagination, a strong sense of style and sensitivity to place. Homes of all shapes and sizes, styles and types, will be considered, as long as the project was completed within the last five years.

Projects can be put forward for a variety of reasons or combination thereof, such as; interior decoration, architecture, setting in the landscape, history, sustainability, innovation, newly built or restoration. The panel of judging will select three finalists, named in January 2026 and the winner will be announced at the House & Garden Design Awards in spring 2026.

Applications close on the 21st of May, 2025.
