Full time, office based role in Chobham, Surrey working alongside the Commercial Director, Contracts, Design, Finance and Plant Procurement teams.

Landform designs and constructs residential spaces in West/North London, Surrey and the M4 corridor. The company have also understaken bespoke, design-led civil contracts for the RHS, Historic Royal Palaces, the Royal Parks and local councils. The company has an annual company turnover of over £8m and varying contract values of between £20k to £4m.

The successful candidate will need to be highly numerate, IT savvy, organised and motivated with a proven ability to drive out accurate costings and timely responses on tenders.
