Manufacturer of gardening machinery and equipment, Stiga has launched the PR 100e pruning saw, powered by their 20V ePower battery system, and is therefore compatible with all Stiga 1 Series garden tools. Capable of delivering up to 120 cuts on medium-sized branches, the new saw can accommodate branch diameters of up to 50mm.

Designed to be lightweight, the PR 100e promises seamless manoeuvrability, smooth cutting and allows for easy chain lubrication thanks to an integrated oil pump.

For working at heights, an extension pole is also available (separately) for cutting at heights of up to 1.8 meters. According to the manufacturer, the extension pole makes for efficient working as its well-balanced designto ensures stability and the quick-release mechanism allows for easy adjustments.

Currently available from retailers and Stiga, the new PR 100e retails for £149.
