The Plant Fairs Roadshow is made up of a collective of independent (micro)nurseries drawn from ten counties in England, exhibiting in memorable locations across the country. For the first time, the collective is heading to Serge Hill Gardens, Tom and Sue Stuart-Smith’s home and location of the not-for-profit, Serge Hill Project.
Founded by Tom and Sue Stuart-Smith, the Serge Hill Project is principled on nature’s ability to transform health and wellbeing, and was set up to foster community inclusion through gardening and other forms of creativity.
Taking place on 27th of July (11am – 4pm), the Serge Hill Plant Fair will bring together the independent nurseries of The Plant Fairs Roadshow, Tom and Sue Stuart-Smith’s The Barn Garden, The Plant Library – a living catalogue of 1500 perennials with Apple House venue, and Kate Stuart-Smith’s gardens.
The plant fair will take place in the field in front of Serge Hill, with refreshments being served across the road in The Apple House. Profits from the entrance fee to the Plant Fair will go to The Serge Hill Project
Attendance is strictly by pre-booked tickets only, details can be found here.
