In his new book, entitled Vegetables: Easy and Inventive Vegetarian Suppers, Mark Diacono showcases almost 100 vegetarian recipes to encourage celebrating the seasons, switching up the diet, upgrade vitality and health, and tread more lightly on the planet.
For the launch, Diacono opted for a digital approach. “I’m very excited to be having a virtual launch for my new book VEGETABLES, and I really hope you can make it. I’ll be chatting with one of the world’s loveliest people, Itamar Srulovich of Honey & Co, and perhaps with you if you feel like being part if it”, said Diacono.
Itamar Srulovich is one half of the couple behind Honey & Co., the Middle Eastern restaurants in London Fitzrovia which he runs with his wife, Sarit Packer. The couple are known for bringing the magic of homely Middle Eastern soul food to the London crowd. Since opening our first restaurant Honey & Co in 2012, they have opened Honey & Spice, Honey & Co and Honey & Smoke and published two cookbooks.
Mark Diacono is the author of an impressive 14 award winning books, including HERB/a cook’s companion, SOUR, A Year at Otter Farm (winner Andre Simon Food Book of the Year), A Taste of the Unexpected (winner Guild of Food Writers’ Food Book of the Year) and a handful of books for River Cottage. His new book, Vegetables, published by Quadrille Publishing, will be released on the 20th of June 2024.
