The candidate is to have previous experience in an HR generalist role, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of confidentially and be sensitive with the ability to objective and empathetic. Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills are required as well as being a
team player, to support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
This role is an office-based role. The HTA operate a hybrid working office, with the candidate require to do a minimum of 2 days a week in the office based in Chilton, Oxfordshire.
