Using your excellent planning and organisational skills, the candidate will be working in a fast paced environment to develop and deliver the marketing plan for the five RHS Garden Centres.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong sense of creativity and a great eye for detail – knowing what good looks like, and with previous experience of developing and proof reading marketing material. Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency, coupled with a strong commercial foundation are essential as you work with the team to influence internal stakeholders and drive customer sales.

Having a degree or equivalent marketing qualification would be beneficial but not essential, however you will need interpersonal skills, a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be a collaborative team player.

Location: RHS Garden Wisley (with occasional travel to other RHS Gardens / London)
Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
